Role overview

As a Night Auditor, you will keep the resort operating smoothly through the overnight shift. This position combines guest support, front office coordination, security awareness, and light upkeep of shared spaces to ensure the property remains safe, welcoming, and well-organized for guests and the morning team.

Key duties

• Respond to guest questions and requests that come in after hours.
• Handle overnight check-ins and check-outs as required.
• Carry out security rounds and monitor noise levels across the property.
• Complete light cleaning work in common areas.
• Support front desk and administrative tasks, including reconciling front office transactions.
• Keep accurate records and prepare clear handover notes for the next shift.
• Deliver a high standard of service to both owners and guests.

What we are looking for

• Comfort working independently and responding appropriately to urgent or safety-related situations.
• Good attention to detail for clerical tasks and light cleaning duties.
• Basic understanding of cash handling and record maintenance.
• Ability to stay composed, professional, and effective under pressure.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Security or hospitality background is helpful, though not mandatory, as training and support are provided.
