Role overview

Canteen is looking for a full-time Order Builder to support day-to-day order preparation at its Lakeland, Florida location. In this role, you will assemble orders accurately and efficiently, helping ensure customers receive the products they need on time. The position offers an entry point into a fast-paced team environment with room to build skills for future growth.

Key duties

• Prepare orders by selecting, pulling, and stacking items according to smart ordering guidance.
• Remove damaged or unusable products from inventory and discard them appropriately.
• Handle routine physical work, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs. during the workday.
• Contribute to a productive team environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support business needs through accurate and timely order building.

Schedule and location

The role is based at Canteen, 3204 Winter Lake Road, Suite 10, Lakeland, FL 33803. This is an onsite position. The schedule is full time, with work on Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday; exact hours may vary and will be discussed during the interview. Only online applications are accepted.

Compensation and benefits

The pay range for this role is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Eligible associates may receive a referral bonus for internal employee referrals.
