Role Overview
The Procurement Specialist will work from Dubai in a full-time, on-site capacity and will be responsible for managing the complete purchasing cycle. The position also includes checking and approving suppliers, collecting and comparing quotations, and assisting with contract discussions to achieve the best possible pricing, service standards, and commercial terms.
In addition, the role requires monitoring vendor performance, keeping procurement documentation accurate and up to date, and coordinating closely with project, operations, finance, and logistics teams. Purchasing decisions must support budget control, quality expectations, and compliance needs. The job also includes studying market movements, spotting ways to reduce costs, and helping improve procurement procedures over time.

- Experience in construction, real estate development, hospitality, or similar project-led sectors is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of procurement systems or ERP platforms, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Clear written and spoken English communication; knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Dubai, managing several priorities at once, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
