Project Executive (E-Commerce)

Role overview

OOm Singapore is seeking a Project Executive to support both e-commerce and non-e-commerce website development work. This position focuses on client coordination, project follow-through, and helping deliver websites that align with each client’s brand and business goals.

What you will do

• Provide professional guidance to clients across both e-commerce and non-e-commerce web development projects.
• Hold discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and suggest practical ideas that support the website objective.
• Support clients with recommendations and follow-up on improvements for ongoing web projects.
• Serve as the primary contact between clients and the internal technical team, including web designers and web developers.
• Track website task lists and ensure items are completed within the required timeframe.
• Coordinate regularly with the Project Manager, development teams, and other departments to keep work organized, prioritized, and scheduled.
• Share timely progress updates and status reports on website projects.
• Assist with quality assurance testing for websites.

Experience and profile

The role calls for someone with around 3 years of experience in project management, client-facing work, or events management. Candidates should understand websites, including e-commerce platforms, and be able to contribute ideas creatively to help deliver results that go beyond client expectations.

Skills and working style

Strong communication and interpersonal ability are important for this role, along with a self-driven approach that allows work to be completed with limited supervision. A keen eye for detail is also essential.
