RH is looking for a dependable, service-driven Runner to help deliver a refined dining experience rooted in exceptional hospitality. In this role, you will bridge the gap between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring dishes are presented with care, accuracy, and promptness. Success in this position requires a strong guest-first mindset, a collaborative approach, and a consistent commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistently polished, welcoming service that reflects a first-class guest experience.
• Carry dishes from the kitchen to guests with attention to timing, presentation, and order accuracy.
• Assist with expediting to keep communication and movement between kitchen and dining areas running smoothly.
• Keep service areas tidy and prepared, including polishing stations, service counters, and the expediting area.
• Stay attentive to guest needs, including table clearing, resetting, and ongoing support during service.
• Represent RH’s standards through professional appearance, strong menu familiarity, and careful attention to detail.
• Work closely with the team and follow the “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” approach throughout service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a busy, guest-facing position or a culinary support role.
• Good English communication skills are preferred because the role involves working with international teams.
• Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the country where they are applying.
• Must satisfy the minimum legal age requirements for alcohol service, certain shift duties, and/or full kitchen responsibilities, based on local laws and safety rules.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and changing shift patterns is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg using safe handling methods and appropriate equipment.
• Comfortable being on your feet and walking for long periods.
• Must follow correct food safety and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting.
