About the Role

This position is an inbound Sales Development Representative role focused on leads who have already started a free trial with Connecteam. The core objective is to engage these inbound prospects, understand their needs, qualify them appropriately, and arrange demos for the Account Executive team.

You will be responsible for making a positive first impression, learning about each prospect’s business, and helping advance opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role is fast-moving and calls for strong communication, curiosity, flexibility, and a strong desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads who have signed up for Connecteam’s free trial.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities in the UK market.
• Support pipeline growth for the Account Executive team.
• Engage inbound prospects, contact them through multiple channels, lead discovery conversations, and manage follow-up activities.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent alignment on ideal customer profiles and messaging.

Experience and Skills

• At least 1 year of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS or technology sales.
• Comfortable with technology and able to get up to speed quickly.
• Energetic, motivated, and interested in progressing into an Account Executive role.
• Strong ability to handle objections and maintain discipline around demo confirmations.
• Independent, inquisitive, and willing to learn.
