About the Role
This position is focused on building and nurturing client relationships, identifying and progressing new and existing business opportunities, and closing deals in a way that supports revenue growth, market expansion, and strong sales performance within the assigned segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet the sales objectives assigned by the Installation Sales Manager.
- Regularly visit clients, contractors, and consultants to keep them informed about current product offerings and updates.
- Identify, develop, and secure new leads, projects, and business prospects.
- Support Elevator Managers with specification preparation and submission, traffic analysis, and design coordination for clients and consultants, while ensuring compliance with the required specifications.
- Coordinate closely with the Engineering team to ensure drawings are prepared correctly and submitted for approval on time.
- Assist in securing approvals for both specifications and drawings.
- Review contract preparation with managers and incorporate their guidance.
- Continuously strengthen product and project knowledge by studying manuals, catalogs, and other reference materials.
- Maintain updated competitor records covering product range, strengths, weaknesses, pricing, and related market details.
- Plan and carry out an annual market intelligence survey.
- Prepare estimates based on client specifications, create quotations, deliver product presentations, negotiate terms, and finalize orders.
- Prepare submittals and review them with clients and/or contractors.
- Introduce secured projects to the Finance & Accounting team and support payment collection efforts as needed.
- Follow up periodically with active clients to ensure smooth handover and to identify future project opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or another sales-related discipline.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time, on-site position.
