What you will do
- Provide daily site-level support for interior design and fit-out activities, including clarifications, RFIs, and technical questions.
- Check on-site interior works such as finishes, partitions, ceilings, joinery, and FF&E interfaces against approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups, and samples.
- Spot design or execution conflicts, non-conformances, and site issues, then coordinate with project teams to resolve them.
- Work closely with architectural, structural, MEPF, façade, and specialist fit-out teams to prevent clashes and coordination problems.
- Support inspections, snagging, and quality reviews for interior finishes and fit-out deliverables.
- Provide sketches, mark-ups, and technical input when needed to keep work moving and resolve site problems.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, finishes, samples, and method statements for alignment with design intent and specifications.
- Offer practical technical comments that help secure approvals and maintain construction progress.
- Confirm that approved materials, finishes, and details are implemented correctly on site.
- Support the preparation, review, and validation of interior as-built drawings and related records.
- Help Technical Coordinators monitor submittals and close review comments.
- Draft and support responses to RFIs, Technical Queries (TQs), and site clarifications related to interior and fit-out works.
- Assist with investigation and closure of NCRs, observations, and quality concerns connected to finishes and detailing.
- Recommend buildable interior solutions that preserve design intent while accommodating site constraints.
- Keep clear records of technical responses and site decisions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers on interior and fit-out matters.
- Liaise across all disciplines to ensure interior spaces are delivered in a coordinated way.
- Attend coordination meetings, mock-up reviews, and progress meetings as needed.
- Ensure technical information is communicated clearly through approved workflows.
- Capture lessons learned to improve interior detailing, materials, and fit-out execution.
- Support the mentoring and technical development of junior engineers and site staff.
- Promote best practices in interior construction quality, finishes, and detailing standards.

- Experience handling mock-ups, sample approvals, and quality control procedures.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Professional certification is beneficial but not required.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools.
- Strong grasp of interior detailing, materials, and fit-out construction methods.
