Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Learning & Development will shape and run organization-wide learning strategies that strengthen leadership skills, improve performance, and enhance the employee journey across LPGA. A major part of the role is helping establish and grow the LPGA Corporate University by creating a structured, scalable learning environment that supports career growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. This position will design forward-thinking learning initiatives, oversee leadership development efforts, and align talent development with business objectives and company culture.

Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Management, the role partners closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify development needs, deliver scalable learning solutions, and help build a culture of continuous learning.

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute a learning and development strategy that supports company priorities and builds capability across all employee groups, including hybrid, remote, on-site, and traveling team members.
  • Own the design, rollout, and ongoing management of the LPGA Corporate University, including its curriculum structure and program delivery.
  • Build and run leadership development programs for emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and senior executives, along with foundational LPGA courses and compliance training.
  • Assess learning needs across the organization and convert those insights into practical, measurable development programs.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences, workshops, and training sessions in both live and virtual formats.
  • Oversee the LPGA University learning management system and continue improving its design and use.
  • Maintain and strengthen learning platforms, tools, and resources so they remain accessible and effective.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to embed learning into talent processes such as onboarding and performance management.
  • Measure program impact through data, feedback, and performance metrics, then refine offerings to drive continuous improvement and return on investment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, guest speakers, and partners involved in leadership development and learning.
  • Advise and coach leaders alongside HR Business Partners on development approaches, team effectiveness, and building high-performing teams.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Who You Are

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related discipline, preferred.
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR, Education, Organizational Development, or a similar area.
  • You have at least 3 years of leadership or program management experience focused on designing and delivering leadership development initiatives.
  • You ideally have experience building or supporting a corporate university, academy-style model, or enterprise learning framework.
  • You ideally have experience supporting or administering a learning management system (LMS).
  • You work well in diverse, collaborative teams and value shared success.
  • You are capable of guiding and mentoring team members.
  • You can influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with executive leaders.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal abilities, and good analytical thinking.
  • Some travel is required.
