About the Role

Port Hope Tirecraft in Port Hope, Ontario is looking for a driven Service Advisor to support its tire and automotive service operations. This is an hourly full-time position offering pay in the range of $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience. What You’ll Do

  • Prepare work orders for all sales and service transactions and pass them to technicians.
  • Handle incoming service calls, create work orders, and assign tire service technicians as needed.
  • Finalize invoices for products and services once jobs are completed and collect payment right away.
  • Support customers at the front counter and over the phone with a strong focus on service quality.
  • Track service work to help ensure jobs are completed in first-in, first-out order and in a timely way.
  • Assist the Store Manager with product choices and inventory level decisions for the retail area.
  • Complete product adjustments and manufacturer claim forms promptly.
  • Keep product and service displays neat, clean, and ready for customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in retail or commercial tire and automotive work is considered an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfort using computers and related systems.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and tire-related work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
