Role Overview

Al Marwan Machinery is looking for a careful and reliable Time Keeper to oversee workforce attendance tracking and data entry for project operations. The position plays an important part in maintaining accurate time records for construction and PMD activities, and calls for someone who can manage project documentation and work confidently with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily records of workforce attendance at project sites.
• Carry out precise data entry for project schedules, attendance logs, and employee working hours.
• Keep all project workforce files complete, organized, and current.
• Use ERP software to enter, update, and manage workforce-related information.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of HSS certificate or an equivalent credential.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Time Keeper role.
• Background experience in the construction sector is required.
• Working knowledge of ERP-based data entry is necessary.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy when recording attendance information.

Additional Information

This role is based in Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The position is full-time and onsite.
