Role Overview
Urban Ridge Supplies is looking for an accomplished Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager) to take charge of operations and maintenance for a major infrastructure assignment in Doha, Qatar. This position calls for a candidate with substantial tunnel project experience and a strong track record in managing complex facility operations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in an engineering field relevant to the role is required.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of total professional experience is needed.
- At least 5 years must have been spent in a managerial capacity.
- Direct, practical involvement in tunnel projects is mandatory, with utility tunnel exposure preferred.
- A solid background in operations and maintenance for similar large-scale projects is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day running of utility tunnel operations.
- Manage maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strengthen operational performance, dependability, and continuous improvement efforts.
