Role Overview
The Visual Merchandising Execution Officer will be responsible for delivering visual merchandising standards across assigned showroom categories. The role focuses on making product displays align with the brand image, improving the in-store experience, and supporting seasonal campaigns, promotional setups, and showroom planning while keeping operations orderly and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply VM standards and display guidelines across areas such as home accessories, furniture, kitchens, tiles, flooring, bathroom solutions, and similar categories.
- Set up seasonal campaigns, promotional presentations, and showroom updates according to the merchandising calendar.
- Make sure product displays are attractive, commercially strong, and consistent with brand requirements.
- Handle product arrangement, styling, signage, pricing, and display accessories.
- Partner with category, sales, and operations teams to ensure products are presented correctly.
- Carry out routine showroom checks to spot compliance issues and display improvement opportunities.
- Keep display products tidy, well-maintained, and in good condition.
- Assist with new store launches, showroom refurbishment, and category resets.
- Track the availability of display stock and arrange replacements when needed.
- Suggest ideas to improve customer interest and product visibility.
- Follow company safety standards in all VM activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in furniture, home accessories, retail, kitchens, tiles, flooring, sanitary ware, or interior finishing.
- Experience in large-format retail or showroom settings is an advantage.
- Solid grasp of visual merchandising concepts and retail presentation practices.
- Working knowledge of furniture, home décor, interior finishing products, and showroom styling.
- Ability to read floor plans and translate merchandising layouts into execution.
- Understanding of shopper behavior and current retail trends.
- Strong coordination and project execution capabilities.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Doha, Qatar.
