About the internship
This is a full-time, in-office accounting and bookkeeping internship in Mumbai. The role is designed for a 6-month commitment and starts immediately.
What you will do
- Keep accounting records updated in Tally and support day-to-day book maintenance.
- Prepare and organize documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Assist with payroll tasks, including PT, PF, ESIC, MLWF, and TDS-related processing.
- Handle support work for vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and petty cash tracking.
- Contribute to MIS reports and monthly financial statements.
- Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records for the business.
- Arrange audit papers and keep compliance files in order.
- Maintain company records and documentation linked to compliance activities.
- Support vendor communication, office supplies coordination, and travel booking tasks.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time internship in Mumbai, be able to begin between 1 Jul 2026 and 5 Aug 2026, commit for 6 months, and have relevant skills and interest in accounting and bookkeeping.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 10,000.
