About the Internship
This internship is designed for energetic, confident, and growth-minded candidates who want to build a career in business development, sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. The selected intern will contribute to the expansion of Dr. (Hon.) Ridhima Dua’s programs, workshops, coaching services, speaking engagements, leadership initiatives, and wider business ecosystem by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and assisting with sales activities.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify prospective clients, partners, organizations, educational institutions, and business accounts.
- Build qualified lead pipelines through online research, professional networks, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Keep lead records and CRM data organized and updated.
- Reach out to prospects by phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Present programs, workshops, coaching offerings, and event-related services to potential clients.
- Arrange meetings, discovery conversations, and consultation calls for senior team members.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to help move them toward conversion.
- Support outreach for corporate training, leadership workshops, speaking engagements, and coaching projects.
- Spot partnership, collaboration, and alliance opportunities.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Build positive relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Maintain timely communication and follow-through.
- Support client onboarding and engagement efforts.
- Track daily activity, maintain sales reports, and update conversion progress.
- Share market observations, competitor inputs, and reporting data to support growth planning.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have strong communication and people skills, both spoken and written. Confidence in speaking with prospects, a basic understanding of sales and business development, and good follow-up discipline are important for this role. The ideal intern should be organized, self-driven, and focused on targets. Familiarity with LinkedIn, professional networking, CRM tools, lead handling, customer service, telecalling, or marketing activities will be an added advantage. An interest in leadership development, coaching, education, and entrepreneurship is also preferred.
Eligibility
Applicants should be students pursuing or recently completing graduation or post-graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related discipline. Freshers with strong communication abilities are welcome. Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship and should be able to commit to the role for the required duration.
Working Days and Timings
The internship follows a Monday to Saturday schedule, with office hours from 10:00 AM IST to 7:00 PM IST. This is a mandatory work-from-office role. Work-from-home requests may be approved only in urgent or exceptional situations, and only with prior management approval.
