About the internship
This internship is focused on supporting the finance function at Keenheads Technologies, a company that delivers design and development services for the semiconductor industry. The business operates from Noida and Bangalore and serves major Indian and international clients across Europe, the USA, and India.
What you will do
- Keep billing records updated in accounting systems such as Zoho and Tally, and work closely with the Chartered Accountant on routine financial data.
- Monitor internal timesheets and follow up with engineering team members to make sure submissions are completed on time.
- Support client invoicing, track business expenses, and help manage legal and compliance-related records.
- Carry out day-to-day finance office and administrative tasks that help the function run efficiently.
Skills and qualifications
- Comfortable using Tally or Zoho Books, along with strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- High accuracy in data handling, strong attention to detail, and the discipline to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Good spoken and written communication for coordinating with external accountants and internal engineering teams.
- Open to fresh graduates from the 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches with a background in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, B.Com, B.A., or Mass Communications.
- Candidates must be able to begin between 01 July 2026 and 20 July 2026.

Additional information
If the trainee is successfully converted into a permanent employee, the expected annual salary will be ₹3,20,000.
