Role overview

This position is for an A320 Captain with a major international flag carrier based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The airline is a fast-expanding national operator known for strong safety standards and a rapidly growing fleet. The role is intended for an accomplished commander who can lead flight operations on the A320 and support a premium passenger experience across an international network.

Compensation and benefits

The airline offers a tax-free package with strong lifestyle and family support. Based on average flying hours, total annual earnings are approximately USD 181,500 or more. Experience and licensing requirements

Applicants need to be current on the A320 and meet the stated flight time thresholds. A valid ICAO ATPL, a Class 1 Medical, and English Language Proficiency at Level 4 or above are required. Candidates must also be under 59 years of age at the time of joining. Having TRI/TRE qualifications is considered a strong advantage.
