Role Overview

The AI Engineer will design, build, and operationalize AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions that support product innovation and internal automation. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working across data, engineering, and business teams to turn AI opportunities into practical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and launch solutions using AI, machine learning, and generative AI techniques.
• Develop AI-enabled products such as conversational assistants, copilots, and automated workflow tools.
• Collect, clean, transform, and prepare data for training, validation, and production use.
• Connect AI models to products and internal platforms using APIs.
• Tune models, assess their output, and track their performance over time.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to discover and shape AI use cases.
• Make sure AI work complies with privacy, security, and governance requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation for models, workflows, and technical architecture.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering.
• Strong command of Python.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience integrating APIs, working with cloud environments, and deploying solutions into production.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI is preferred.
• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, FAISS, or similar tools is preferred.
• Background in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated industries is preferred.
