Role Overview
This is a full-time Associate Recruiter position offered on a remote basis. The role is compensated at $15 to $20 per hour and is designed for a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.
What You Will Do
- Find, approach, and connect with suitable candidates through inventive sourcing methods.
- Oversee the hiring process from first contact through to offer acceptance.
- Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and help ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with hiring managers, stakeholders, and applicants.
- Monitor recruitment data, assess trends, and prepare reports to improve hiring outcomes.
- Keep candidate information and hiring documentation organized and up to date in the applicant tracking system.
What We’re Looking For
- Substantial experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a startup setting.
- Strong candidate sourcing capability and comfort using a range of hiring tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage several open roles and hiring pipelines at the same time.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, along with strong attention to detail.
- Proven success working independently and staying organized in a remote environment.
- Experience in building effective working relationships with people across different functions and seniority levels.
