Role overview

We are hiring barbers for a respected salon brand in Denmark with openings across multiple locations. The environment is built around craft, community, and an active team culture, with fitness and group activities forming part of day-to-day life. The start date is as soon as possible.

What the role involves

You will work with both scissors and clippers to produce high-quality haircuts in a professional yet easygoing setting. This is intended as more than just a standard job; it is a team-focused workplace where people also connect outside the salon.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional barbering experience
• Strong ability to use both scissors and clippers
• Comfortable communicating in English
• European passport required

Pay and earnings

Total pay depends on your background, your base salary, and how many products you sell. Earnings rise with performance and experience, and salary is reassessed every six months.

Relocation support

Your flight to Denmark will be covered, and housing will be arranged at a reasonable cost close to your workplace.

Growth and training

The employer offers a defined career path with progression from barber to store manager, and potentially to part-owner of a store. Training and internal education are provided from the first day.
