BPO Executive

Role Overview

Monk Creatives, operating as The Roots Company, is hiring a BPO Executive to support customer communication and operational coordination for a multi-language client environment. This on-site role in Chennai requires working the US shift from 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound conversations through phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Keep customer interaction logs and transaction records accurate and up to date.
• Support workflow handling and contribute to fast and effective resolution of client concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assist sales and service-related operations.
• Prepare regular daily and weekly updates on engagement activity and issue closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication along with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a busy US-shift work setting.
• Previous exposure to BPO or customer service work is preferred.
• Must be available to work on-site in Chennai.
