Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with business leaders to uncover opportunities that improve productivity and profitability through data analysis and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and deliver reports across business functions using Power BI.
• Join business and leadership meetings to understand reporting needs and recommend solutions.
• Convert business objectives into high-level technical design specifications for Power BI.
• Build a strong understanding of business workflows, data sources, and reporting outputs.
• Leverage available data to refine requirements and offer practical suggestions to stakeholders.
• Support end users on a daily basis so they can use the reporting platform effectively.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in analytical work and problem solving.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology is required.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Interest in emerging technology and confidence in identifying errors and asking the right questions.
