Role overview
We are hiring a resourceful and detail-focused Business Support Coordinator to deliver administrative and coordination assistance to senior leadership in a fast-moving corporate setting.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Between 0 and 2 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, or another comparable administrative position is preferred.
- Prior exposure to a holding company or a diversified business group will be considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Arabic, both spoken and written, would be a plus.
- Strong command of English in both speaking and writing is required.
- Good hands-on ability with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Comfort using virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
- Capability to arrange, connect, and troubleshoot presentation and audiovisual equipment.
