CGI Visualiser

Overview

Utopia Design is looking for an experienced CGI Designer to join its Design team and contribute to high-end hospitality work within the real estate development space. The role focuses on turning design intent into compelling 3D models and visualisations, with a strong emphasis on concept-stage output and fast, efficient rendering.

You will partner closely with the Design Director and work alongside exterior and interior design teams to shape sketches into architectural concepts. This position is best suited to a self-driven professional who is confident, highly motivated, and comfortable presenting ideas directly to clients.

Work setup and collaboration

• This role is fully remote.
• Team coordination follows Central European Time (CET) or UK working hours.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation support is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architectural and design teams to plan and present exterior, interior, and architectural concepts.
• Develop original design ideas for client review based on project brief and requirements.
• Create custom materials and textures in 3ds Max and Corona using selections shared by interior designers.
• Model or source 3D FF&E items according to exterior and interior design choices.
• Build bespoke furniture from sketches or visual references.
• Prepare quick sketch renders and preview visuals for internal evaluation, covering both interior and exterior work.
• Work effectively in an agile team environment and use project management tools such as Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• At least 5 years of solid experience as a CGI Exterior Designer, with completed projects to demonstrate that background.
• At least 3 years of experience as a CGI Interior Designer, with completed projects to support it.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, and other visualization software.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• A portfolio is mandatory.
