Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Civil Engineer position based in Abu Dhabi, focused on substation construction work. The role is tied to a permanent engagement and requires experience with high-voltage substation projects and utility network standards.
Project Focus
The position centers on civil engineering work for substation projects rated up to 220 kV, with exposure to TAQA and DEWA network environments. Prior competent person approval from TAQA or DEWA is an advantage.
Experience Needed
- You should bring at least 8 years of hands-on experience in construction activities for substation projects up to 220 kV.
- Experience working within TAQA/DEWA networks is required.
- Holding a TAQA/DEWA competent person certificate will be considered a strong plus.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
