LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to oversee relationships with clients in our growth mid-market segment. This role requires a strong understanding of online media, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and analytical capabilities to provide campaign intelligence and strategic consultation. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for LinkedIn to deliver greater value to our clients. Success in this role is measured by the ability to build, nurture, and collaborate with clients, as well as drive incremental revenue. The Client Solutions Manager must be adaptable, capable of managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently.

In collaboration with Account Executive(s), the Client Solutions Manager will:

  • Cultivate client relationships and gain a deep understanding of their business goals to deliver exceptional customer engagement.
  • Proactively analyze and optimize client advertising campaigns and marketing programs, offering strategic recommendations to meet client objectives.
  • Provide guidance and training on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Support customer education through a robust onboarding experience and ad-hoc training needs.
  • Stabilize performance and drive revenue growth from new advertisers through proactive optimizations and upsells.
  • Utilize technology to deliver performance-driven marketing solutions.
  • Offer expert advice on creative and content development to maximize performance and delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, technical support, product, product marketing, and insights to ensure client success, troubleshoot campaigns, and guarantee error-free execution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by working with product teams to influence campaign management tools and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Co-develop strategic plans for your client portfolio with your Account Executive.
  • Leverage data and insights to demonstrate advertising value, prove ROI, and recommend optimizations and further investment.
  • Foster innovation by regularly sharing ideas and best practices with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in media sales, digital media account management, or auction-based/programmatic campaign management and optimization.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
