Role Summary
This contract position is for a remote customer support email analyst working from anywhere in Australia. The role focuses on reviewing customer emails, understanding the issue or request behind each message, and sending accurate, professional replies that resolve concerns quickly and clearly. The pay rate is between $10 and $20 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Review incoming customer emails to understand questions, issues, or requests.
