Role Overview

This junior-level data analyst position focuses on turning raw business and operational data into practical insights that support informed decision-making. The role involves gathering information from multiple sources, structuring it for analysis, and producing reports and dashboards that help teams track performance, spot trends, and monitor key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, arrange, and interpret data from business and operational systems.
• Create and update dashboards, reports, and visual summaries for stakeholders.
• Check datasets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness through validation and cleansing.
• Review information to uncover patterns, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Share findings in a clear format that supports business decisions.
• Work with different teams on forecasting, performance tracking, process improvements, and strategic projects.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, careful attention to detail, and good critical-thinking skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, data analysis platforms, and visualization software. Working knowledge of SQL, databases, statistical methods, and data handling practices is helpful. The role also calls for strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, solid organization, and the ability to manage several deadlines at once. Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting structures, data governance, performance measurement, and process improvement concepts is considered an advantage.
