You’ll join a creative team focused on performance-driven work, where design, motion, and marketing strategy combine to create digital advertising assets that drive results. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years working in a fast-moving, client-facing, or agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio showing digital design, motion graphics, and performance-focused creative across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong command of motion design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and presentation software such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of paid social channels, digital ad formats, and best practices for creative across platforms.
  • Ability to interpret strategy and brand guidelines and turn them into effective, high-performing assets.
