- Work with Customer Success and Sales to position professional learning as a lever for expansion, renewals, and measurable educational outcomes.
- Manage vendor partnerships, contractual commitments, and budget planning to support efficient spending and strong return on investment.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in professional learning or educational services leadership, including 5 or more years leading a strategic function or P&L at Director level or higher.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, with strong capability in organizational design, talent growth, and coaching toward business and impact goals.
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory, literacy instruction, and the K-12 education landscape, along with executive-level understanding of effective instructional practice.
- Strong experience using data and systems such as LMS and Salesforce, or similar tools, to shape strategy, improve operations, and strengthen P&L performance.
- Proven ability to create and present multi-year strategy documents, budget forecasts, and performance insights to executive stakeholders at VP level and above.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring internal and external partners into alignment on complex initiatives.
