Job Summary

This role is for a Documentation Specialist focused on export-related paperwork, communication with overseas warehouses, and administrative support for the International Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and process proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and other documents required for exports.
  • Liaise with overseas warehouses and keep MIS reports up to date.
  • Manage email correspondence with international customers.
  • Maintain records and update information in ERP/CRM platforms as well as international portals.
  • Assist the International Marketing Team with coordination and documentation tasks.

Requirements
