Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized entry-level administrative assistant to help keep day-to-day business activities running smoothly. This position supports a professional workplace by assisting managers and team members with clerical tasks, communication handling, record management, and general office coordination.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who is detail-focused, eager to learn, and interested in developing a long-term career in administration.
What you will do
- Assist managers, departments, and coworkers with routine administrative work.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and professional way.
- Sort, update, and maintain paper and digital files, records, and documentation.
- Support data entry, report preparation, document creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and help manage calendars.
- Draft and circulate internal messages and office paperwork.
- Help monitor office supplies, manage filing, and carry out general administrative tasks.
- Contribute to special assignments and other duties requested by management.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree is acceptable.
- Good organization and time management abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to juggle priorities and handle several tasks at once.
- Open-minded attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in growing in an office environment.
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or office work is helpful but not mandatory.
