Role Overview
This position is responsible for keeping day-to-day fleet and logistics activities running efficiently. The role combines operational oversight, coordination across teams, performance monitoring, and adherence to required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee field staff in their daily work.
- Track fleet activity each day, including scheduling and status reporting.
- Make sure all safety rules and operational procedures are followed.
- Work with internal departments to address and close operational issues quickly.
- Compile reports and keep accurate records of team and fleet performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 5 years of background in logistics or fleet operations, including driving experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams.
- Good command of English for communication.
- Comfort using computers and preparing reports.
