Freelance Graphic Designer

Role overview

This freelance assignment is centered on producing clear, persuasive visual concepts and presentation graphics for a commercial architecture project. The scheme includes two blocks of five-storey suites with a covered courtyard. The work is currently at the planning and research stage, and the designer will help shape the visual story used in client-facing and stakeholder presentations.

The position is fully remote and may lead to additional projects depending on performance and overall fit.

Deliverables

• Create strong visual concepts and presentation graphics tailored to the architectural brief.
• Produce polished renderings, diagrams, and other visual materials that explain the design direction.
• Work with the project team to refine artwork and make iterative improvements.
• Prepare graphics that are ready for client and stakeholder presentations.
• Supply digital files in the required file types and ensure all outputs comply with project requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in graphic design for architectural or real estate-related projects.
• A portfolio that clearly shows relevant visual concepts and presentation materials.
• Comfort using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with architectural visualization software.
• Ability to read architectural plans and turn them into engaging visuals.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of precision.
• Capacity to collaborate remotely and meet project deadlines.
• Experience working independently and handling feedback in a constructive way.
