Role Overview
This position is for an Angular-focused frontend developer based in Singapore. The assignment runs for 12 months and is meant for someone who can create responsive, scalable, and high-performance web experiences while working onsite with the local team.
The role suits a person who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment with tight timelines and enjoys partnering with backend and product stakeholders to deliver features from concept through release.
What You Will Do
- Develop engaging, intuitive web applications with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Turn wireframes and visual designs into interfaces that adapt well across devices and remain accessible and efficient.
- Coordinate with backend engineers working on Spring Boot and microservices-based systems.
- Use a working knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture to support integration work.
- Apply solid engineering practices such as clean coding, component-driven design, testing, and peer code reviews.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of practical experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in Angular.
- Strong command of TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/LESS.
- Basic familiarity with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD processes.
- Awareness of frontend best practices around performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design.
