Programme Overview

ESR’s Get Ahead Internship (GAIN) Programme is designed for undergraduates and recent graduates who want practical exposure to the real estate and investment sector. It is intended to build future leaders by giving interns direct involvement in day-to-day work, projects, and learning opportunities across ESR.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to a range of projects and help move existing initiatives forward.
• Gather data, conduct market research, and perform analysis to support business decisions.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for executive-level meetings.
• Work closely with colleagues to solve problems and come up with fresh ideas for active projects.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be current students working toward a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a closely related discipline. The role calls for strong analytical ability, confidence using Microsoft Excel, and solid verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment, be self-driven, and show genuine interest in real estate investment and asset management.
