Role Overview
The selected intern will handle daily HR-related tasks focused on recruitment, employee data management, and payroll assistance. You will play a crucial role in facilitating recruitment cycles, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting payroll activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation and internal procedures efficiently.
- Help manage payroll processing by ensuring data accuracy and coordinating timely activities related to salary disbursement.
