About the Internship
As a Junior Project Coordinator intern, you will be responsible for various project management support tasks that help streamline client projects. This includes assisting with project planning, coordinating schedules, and ensuring documentation is up to date. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and coordination efforts with clients and internal teams.
- Arrange and manage meetings among stakeholders including clients and consultants.
- Create and maintain project tracking tools such as trackers and Gantt charts.
- Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items diligently.
- Organize project-related documentation and manage digital file systems.
- Contribute to the preparation of project status reports, presentations, and management information system updates.
- Assist in documenting internal processes related to project workflows.
- Perform additional project coordination duties as required.

Additional Requirements
- Availability for at least 124 hours monthly (around 4 hours daily).
- Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-minded and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward ownership of tasks.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
