Overview

McDonald’s is looking for a maintenance team member to help keep the restaurant running smoothly and presentable. This full-time, on-site position in Bel Air, Maryland is suited to someone who appreciates flexible scheduling and wants to be part of a workplace where employees are valued.

Key responsibilities

This role helps maintain a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant environment. The work supports both guests and crew members, while also helping protect food safety and equipment standards.

• Keep customer-facing and employee-access areas clean, organized, and well maintained
• Receive deliveries and help restock required supplies
• Carry out regular checks on equipment and building systems for maintenance and safety
• Help ensure maintenance practices meet high standards for food safety and storage
