About the Role
This position serves as the first point of contact between customers and Tryp.com. The role is central to delivering a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for users.
Key Duties
- Support customers with managing their bookings.
- Handle questions and service requests from clients.
- Make travel reservations on behalf of customers.
- Work with a strong ability to multitask and use computers confidently.
Qualifications
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior exposure to travel reservations, ticket issuance, and check-in procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
Work Arrangement
- This is a fully remote role.
- The candidate must have a personal computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Working hours are from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Brasília time.
- Weekly days off are provided on a rotating roster.
- Estimated monthly salary is R$ 2,500.
