Process Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Process Manager to act as a crucial link between our IT and Logistics departments. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our warehouse operations. You will be instrumental in standardizing processes, fostering knowledge transfer, and leading the implementation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) across multiple logistics sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and continuously improve warehouse processes.
• Develop and transfer knowledge to key users and end-users in close collaboration with IT and Logistics.
• Evaluate process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency at warehouse locations within a demand process framework.
• Support management in the consistent implementation of processes, both pre and post go-live.
• Lead the go-live of the Warehouse Management System across several logistics locations.

Requirements

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in warehouse logistics and a strong understanding of logistical processes.
• Familiarity with WMS (e.g., SAP eWM, Infor WMS) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
