Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on organizing, coordinating, and guiding multiple technology and infrastructure initiatives within a larger program so that delivery stays aligned with business goals and client expectations. The position requires close oversight of schedules, budgets, team coordination, progress tracking, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Plan and structure program scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple related projects.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and milestone progress to ensure work remains on track.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status updates and reports for internal teams and clients.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation actions, and help resolve issues that may affect delivery.
• Support process enhancements and contribute to strategic planning for upcoming initiatives.
• Ensure work follows quality expectations and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background in program management and project management, especially in technology, digital infrastructure, or telecom settings.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders, coordinate across functions, and communicate clearly with varied audiences.
• Experience handling budgets, timelines, and resources while delivering complex programs on time.
• Comfort using project management methods, planning tools, and tracking systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment under time pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a similar field; higher qualifications or certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 are considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience with data centers, connectivity services, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
