Autolife Robotics is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee the rollout and delivery of robotics and embodied AI projects in Singapore and overseas markets. In this role, you will be the main contact for customers after the contract is signed, making sure each project is completed on schedule, stays within agreed scope, and meets quality standards.
The position calls for strong coordination, stakeholder handling, and the ability to work across complex teams spanning software, hardware, AI, operations, and field deployment.
Project scope and planning
- Review signed agreements, technical documents, and product requirement documents to fully understand each project.
- Confirm the project scope, deliverables, acceptance standards, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Maintain clear scope documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create detailed project plans covering development, testing, validation, deployment, commissioning, user training, and final sign-off.
- Set milestones and track progress against the project timeline.
Coordination and risk management
- Work closely with Engineering, AI, Hardware, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Success teams to align resources.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints early.
- Prepare mitigation actions and escalation plans to support successful delivery.
Customer communication and delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during execution.
- Lead regular status meetings and share progress updates.
- Handle change requests and keep customer expectations aligned with project realities.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and customer acceptance activities.
- Ensure all contractual commitments are delivered as promised.
- Run project reviews, capture lessons learned, and complete closure activities.
Requirements
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, or a related discipline, along with at least 3 years of project management experience. Prior experience delivering robotics, intelligent hardware, automation systems, software implementations, or system integration projects is strongly preferred.
Strong planning, prioritization, organization, and multi-project management skills are essential. The role also requires excellent cross-functional coordination and a consistent record of delivering projects on time.
Candidates should have a basic grasp of robotics systems, AI use cases, hardware integration, and software deployment, and be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and understand engineering limitations. PMP certification is preferred, while Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications are an advantage. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Feishu Project, or similar platforms is expected.
Compensation
The salary for this role is S$4,000 to S$6,000 per month.
