Role overview

This position sits within the Community Care Partners administration team and is a full-time remote role based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 40 hours per week. The role is benefits-eligible.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the assigned project workstream and keep deliverables moving toward completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, barriers, and expected timelines.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee retrospective, outcome-based, and forward-looking projects from start to finish.
  • Arrange and deliver training support for all project components as needed.
  • Work with staff and leaders to align training efforts, review findings, and keep implementation on track.
  • Guide cross-functional teams so project tasks are completed against milestones in line with process, regulatory, accrediting, and ethical standards.
  • Escalate and communicate issues or obstacles that may affect successful project completion.
  • Manage project financials.
  • Provide executive-level communication and presentations.
  • Lead full project lifecycles, including action planning and coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Use Epic and contribute healthcare operations knowledge to support delivery.
  • Experience with technology or AI is considered an added advantage.
  • Supervise the assigned project while working with staff and leaders to ensure strong data quality and compliance.

Compensation and benefits

The listed pay range is $33.05 to $49.60 per hour. Base pay is determined by qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Depending on the role, premium pay and incentive pay may also apply, and annual increases may be available based on performance.
