The Consumer Goods division focuses on helping companies deliver products that meet safety, quality, and ethical standards. Its inspectors, auditors, and lab specialists work across categories such as apparel, footwear, toys, baby products, electronics, appliances, and furniture.
Role Summary
In this position, you will report to the Operations Manager and support the Operations team in delivering services that meet the company’s quality standards. The job centers on inspecting merchandise, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing container stuffing, and completing inspection documentation accurately and on time.
Key Duties
- Review emails each day to collect inspection instructions and related documents.
- Arrive at inspection assignments punctually and communicate with suppliers in a courteous, professional manner.
- Inspect merchandise according to company procedures and oversee container stuffing in line with required standards.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports within the prescribed process and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management, particularly in softlines such as garments or textiles.
- Experience in hardlines or food products will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of AQL standards, along with applicable safety and quality regulations.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of professional ethics.
