Role Summary
This position focuses on document research, vendor outreach, coordination, and bid preparation. The role requires working through large volumes of project documentation, communicating project details to vendors, arranging site visits with the relevant stakeholders, gathering scope-related clarifications, and negotiating quotes and supporting documents so the project can move into bidding.
Key Duties
- Review project-related documents thoroughly and carry out research based on them.
- Contact vendors by phone or text to discuss project details.
- Explain project needs and expectations clearly to vendors.
- Coordinate and confirm site visits with vendors and project points of contact.
- Collect questions and clarifications about project scope from vendors and project stakeholders.
- Negotiate quotations and obtain other required documents from vendors.
- Organize all project paperwork and prepare the package for bidding.
Required Profile
- Excellent English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Comfort handling a high document load of roughly 150 to 250 documents per day and summarizing them accurately.
- Experience with outbound calling and texting to vendors.
- Strong ability to research vendors using Google, Bing, Yellow Pages, Google Maps, and similar platforms.
- Good coordination skills for managing project-related follow-ups and scheduling.
- Confidence in negotiating with vendors.
Skills and Tools
- Interest in learning how to apply artificial intelligence in work processes.
- About 4 years of work experience.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- PDF editing proficiency.
- Google Docs and Google Sheets creation and management.

Work Setup and Conditions
This is a remote role with a typical workday of 9 to 10 hours. Applicants should have access to an i3 or better laptop, internet speed of at least 10 Mbps, the ability to communicate and share screens on Zoom, a quiet environment without background noise, and electricity backup.
Compensation and Training
The role includes a one-month paid training period with pay in the range of INR 12,000 to INR 15,000. After training, compensation is INR 35,000 to INR 45,000 plus commissions.
