Role overview
Victoria Sushi is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations at its New Westminster location in British Columbia. This is an on-site position, so the work must be performed at the physical workplace with no remote option.

3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
Key duties
- Review the restaurant’s daily operations and keep them running efficiently.
- Supervise staff performance and support team productivity.
- Organize and structure everyday operational activities.
- Hire and recruit new employees as needed.
- Decide what services will be offered and put operating procedures in place.
- Reconcile cash, prepare balance sheets, and complete cash-related reports and forms.
- Carry out performance evaluations for team members.
- Set pricing by calculating the cost of products and services.
- Make sure all health and safety rules are consistently followed.
- Work with suppliers to arrange food and other supply purchases.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
