Victoria Sushi is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations at its New Westminster location in British Columbia. This is an on-site position, so the work must be performed at the physical workplace with no remote option.

3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.

Key duties

• Review the restaurant’s daily operations and keep them running efficiently.
• Supervise staff performance and support team productivity.
• Organize and structure everyday operational activities.
• Hire and recruit new employees as needed.
• Decide what services will be offered and put operating procedures in place.
• Reconcile cash, prepare balance sheets, and complete cash-related reports and forms.
• Carry out performance evaluations for team members.
• Set pricing by calculating the cost of products and services.
• Make sure all health and safety rules are consistently followed.
• Work with suppliers to arrange food and other supply purchases.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
