Exchange Solutions is hiring an accomplished Senior Software Engineering Manager to guide the creation, engineering, and rollout of scalable software platforms built for the cloud. The right person will combine strong technical depth with proven leadership experience, and should be comfortable working across software architecture, practical development, cloud environments, AI-enabled solutions, and team leadership.

This position is suited to a leader who can raise engineering standards, coach and develop teams, and partner closely with product, architecture, and business groups to deliver forward-thinking solutions.

• Lead the design, build, and delivery of cloud-native software systems.
• Provide technical direction and support engineering quality across the team.
• Mentor and manage engineers while helping them grow professionally.
• Work collaboratively with product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute hands-on to development and architectural decisions when needed.
• Support the use of AI-driven solutions within the engineering process and product delivery.
