Role overview

As a Steward at The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton™, you will help create a warm guest experience by ensuring kitchen and dining areas remain clean, organised, and ready for service. This role supports the smooth running of daily operations and contributes to the hospitality standards expected at a global hotel brand.

What you will do

• Wash and sanitize chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and other service items; also polish silverware when required.
• Track supplies and equipment to keep stock levels adequate and service areas orderly.
• Carry out routine cleaning across kitchen spaces, including mopping floors and removing waste.
• Prepare clean serviceware and assist with setup for banquets, functions, and other events.
• Use and store hazardous materials in line with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Escalate safety risks, maintenance concerns, or equipment faults to the supervisor without delay.
• Guide and support new team members by sharing practical knowledge and helping them settle into the role.
