Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an accomplished Store Manager to oversee a luxury retail store in Riyadh. The position calls for someone who can steer daily operations, elevate revenue, and ensure a refined customer experience aligned with premium brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build sales momentum and consistently work toward store performance goals.
• Guide, support, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and service quality.
• Deliver a high-end customer experience and manage client relationships with care.
• Oversee store processes, stock control, cash handling, and adherence to required compliance standards.
• Maintain visual presentation and ensure brand merchandising standards are followed.
• Plan and run client engagement events as well as promotional activities.
• Track team output and contribute to hiring and training efforts when needed.

Candidate Profile

• Background in store management within luxury retail or comparable premium sectors such as beauty, fragrance, fashion, jewelry, or other high-end brands.
• Demonstrated strength in leadership, selling, and team supervision.
• Ability to provide excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Hands-on experience with store operations, merchandising, and staff performance management.
• Strong command of English.
